Application of the EFQM Model in the Education Institution for Driving Improvement of Processes towards Sustainability

چکیده

Effective process management is a basic prerequisite for increasing the quality and performance of educational organizations. The aim paper to point out potential application European Foundation Quality Management (EFQM) Model 2020 improve perfect processes in Slovakian vocational school towards sustainability. We used latest version EFQM applied questionnaire method conduct self-assessment. A study documentation was also carried get more insight into school. pointed weaknesses areas such as those titled Organizational Culture, Driving Performance & Transformation, Stakeholder Perceptions—namely, perceptions employees partners. Improvements were primarily recommended fields culture support changes, motivational creativity innovation, human resource planning processes, employee training development, indicators management, employees’ partners’ perception measurement enhance sustainable value students key stakeholders. contributes body knowledge field Vocational Education Training (VET) providers.
